Presentation topics: CORE Language in the Classroom
Tabi Jones-Wohleber is a Speech Language Pathologist on the Frederick County Public School (FCPS) Augmentative Communication Technology Team (ACTT). Ms. Jones-Wohleber has been supporting students who use AAC since 2002. She has presented at several local, state and national conferences on topics related to AA implementation in schools. She is an Instructional Resource Teacher (IRT) at Margaret Brent Middle School in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Utilizing best practices, she designed professional developmental programs and state, county, and school-level resources for diverse learners in the English and social studies classrooms. She facilitates UDS implementation projects within St. Mary's County Public Schools and with in-service teachers at St. Mary's College of Maryland.
